12/30/2023 0 Comments Xdefiant alphaI doubt the junior devs over at Ubisoft can handle that. If you want to be a good F2P GAAS, they need to be adding content almost weekly. The one sound designer I had the pleasure speaking with told me all characters were ready to go. Also they’ve had those additional agents ready. Seeing that it takes them almost 2 years to make a few balance changes and add a map or agent or 2 is not reassuring to say the least. Other hero shooters have launched since and the market for GAAS is completely saturated. This game has some unique ideas that are no longer unique. After just 3 days the top players couldn’t find games because their MMR was so high. When the game launched people were infinitely riding walls and the real gamers came in and absolutely dominated. People we’re extremely passionate about roller champions, but the discord and feedback line was a complete echo chamber. Which is something they didn’t expect however with how roller champions performed after release I doubt this game doesn’t follow that exact path. Lots of their ideas are dated already and this will never be a big release. Or at least prior to March and still I doubt this game takes off in this market. TFT 13.And I get that, but this game will be DOA unless it launches tomorrow in this gaming draught. It is moreover from one of these sessions that leaked a half-blurred gameplay sequencewhich you can find by clicking here, confirming Project Q’s visual similarity to Fortnite. A way for developers to take the temperature with players and compare their ideas. Project Q would currently be developed by Ubisoft Bordeaux and would enter an alpha testing phase. The game would be only at the beginning of its development and would propose in the state several game modes including a deathmatch classic arena, as well as an 8-player Battle Royale only. Project Q presents itself as a multiplayer game where players must happily put themselves on the face in an artistically directed software frankly very close to that of Fortnitemaybe even too much. First discovered by SamaGame, then very recently again teased by Tom Henderson’s Sources, Project Q would be one of the many multiplayer titles currently in development at Ubisoft and its gameplay would have ended up on the web.
